American Idol songstress, who performs her single "One Step at a Time." The performance bill also features Sparks' fellow
Idol alum Katharine McPhee, country artist Kenny Chesney, Brit popster Natasha Bedingfield and singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw. The New York Pops, conducted by Rob Fisher, add musical firepower to the night's theme, "America Dances," featuring patriotic tunes and classic dance songs. —
