10 pm/ET CBS New Strike up the band! What's the Fourth of July without fireworks and patriotic music performed by the Boston Pops? Joining the Keith Lockhart-directed orchestra in celebrating America's 232nd birthday is country-music trio Rascal Flatts. It all takes place at the Charles River Esplanade during the 35th annual Independence Day celebration. Scottish-born Craig Ferguson, now a proud U.S. citizen, is the host for the second consecutive year. The finale, of course, includes the traditional fireworks display accompanied by the "1812 Overture." —
